Bake the bread buns for 20-25 minutes or until a deep brown color (f you used parchment paper you will want to remove it after about 15-20 minutes to crisp up the bottom crust. Slide the pan into the oven and add a cup of hot water to the tray. Cut the balls with slashes using a serrated knife.ĩ. Since then, I have done it about 5 times (which means 10 day’s bread for us 2, or a couple of loaves and a couple of pizzas <– I will get back to that in another post!) and it always turned out great. I have to admit I fell in love with this recipe the very first time I used it to make a small bread loaf.
